Purchasing a home is a significant financial decision. The process is simultaneously exciting, complex, multi-faceted, analytical and emotional.

Buyers define the search by describing the style, condition location and price range of the home they would like to find.

Our role is to listen attentively, and as a trusted advisor, to coach our clients so that they achieve their homeownership goal.  We guide, guard, trouble-shoot, and orchestrate the myriad of details during the process...and we try to make the process fun along the way!

HOME BUYER TOOLS

Our interactive website provides automatic e-mail notifications to our clients within the parameters of their search. The site is directly linked to the Multiple Listing Service which ensures that notification is timely and that the information is current. Buyers can screen the property and send us a response indicating their interest.

Each week on broker tour we review properties on behalf of our buyer clients. Through regular communication with our buyers we alert them to possibilities for their consideration. Based on our client's criteria, we can also eliminate some houses based on our agent walk-through.

Through networking with other agents we are always looking for housing opportunities which may not be on the open market.

We appreciate the opportunity to schedule private showing appointments with our clients so that we learn more about our clients and their assessment of the homes. During these appointments we can share our observations about the properties, neighborhoods and values. We are also able to engage in active dialog about market conditions and discuss provisions in the purchase agreement so that our buyers develop the knowledge and confidence they will need when they find the right home.
